About Me
This is the long way home.
Engineer. Corporate leader. Entrepreneur. Coach. Speaker. And underneath all of it, a human BEing experiencing life.
The Engineer
My journey didn't follow a straight line.
I started as an engineer, trained to think in systems, solve problems and look for what comes next.
That took me into 15 years of corporate life across global Oil & Gas and technology organizations, leading teams across EMEA and working in environments where pace, performance and achievement were part of everyday life.
The Questions
But corporate life was never the whole story.
Alongside it, I was building businesses, experimenting with ideas, creating, learning and figuring out what entrepreneurship meant to me — with its own chapters, risks and lessons.
And somewhere along the way, I started asking different questions.
Not what else can I achieve?
But: how do I actually want to experience my life?
The Realization
And then coaching entered the picture.
Not as a complete career change, but as another thread in a life that was already evolving.
What started as curiosity became something much deeper. I became an ICF-certified Positive Psychology Coach and later certified in Embodiment Coaching, and began exploring what happens when we stop working with only the thinking mind and start making space for the whole human BEing.
The Work
Over time, those threads began to come together.
My corporate experience.
My entrepreneurial journey.
My work in coaching.
My exploration of Embodiment.
My fascination with Well-Being, technology, people and what it means to live a meaningful life.
None of them were separate chapters. They were all part of the same journey.
Today, my work sits at that intersection. I create spaces for people to pause, explore, unlearn and reconnect with themselves. Sometimes that happens in a one-to-one coaching session. Sometimes in a corporate room. Sometimes on a stage, through a workshop, a conversation or an experience.
The format changes. The human being doesn't.
What I Believe
I don't believe people need to be fixed into better versions of themselves.
I believe we are whole human beings, navigating lives that come with different shapes, shades and seasons.
Sometimes we need perspective.
Sometimes we need space.
Sometimes we need to unlearn.
Sometimes we need to pause.
And sometimes, we simply need to find our way home again.
For me, Human Flourishing isn't about feeling good all the time. It is about having the capacity to experience the full spectrum of being human — and to return to yourself through it.
And this is the long way home.
Beyond the Work
There is a lot of life outside the titles.
Outside the work, I'm a dog mum, wife, daughter, sister and aunt, an animal lover, and someone who genuinely enjoys the ordinary parts of life.
Slow mornings. Long walks.
Nature, nature, nature. Staring at blue skies.
Sunsets all the way, and sunrises if ever awake.
The warmth of sunlight. Sandy beaches and salty water.
Good conversations that go somewhere unexpected.
Unplanned, spontaneous gatherings that are light, warm and fun.
Tasty, flavourful meals and definitely chocolate desserts.
Handcrafting, that sense of creating something with my own hands. Sitting quietly and simply BEing.
I love a wild adventure just as much as I love a little luxury. I enjoy reusing things to see what else they can become instead of discarding them, while I also enjoy regular decluttering.
I'm a Sufi at Soul, an artist at heart, an engineer in mind, and a kid in a body.
I'm still figuring things out too. And I think that's the point.
I'm not interested in simply getting through life. I'm interested in experiencing it.
