1:1 Coaching

A space to pause, explore and meet yourself where you are.

Who It's For

  • Your attention is often pulled outward, and you sense there's something that needs to shift.
  • You're at a point of transition, questioning what comes next or what you want this next chapter of life to look like.
  • You're often focused on everyone and everything else, and it's time to make more room for yourself.
  • You're ready to look at the patterns, not just manage the symptoms.
  • You want a coach who works holistically with your whole self, not just your goals.

Who It's Not For

  • You're looking for crisis intervention or clinical therapy. I'll gladly point you toward the right support.
  • You're looking for a quick fix rather than being willing to engage with the process.
  • You're not ready to be honest with yourself yet, and that's alright too.
  • You don't currently have the ability or capacity to invest the time and effort that coaching requires.
  • You're looking for someone to give you the answers rather than explore your own answers.

How Sessions Feel

Less like an appointment. More like a room where you can finally stop performing.

We start with what your body already knows, before we get to what your mind has been rehearsing. Sessions are 60 minutes, online, at a pace that allows you to pause, reflect, and feel safe and supported.

Each session is personalized and responsive to you. I take the time to listen deeply and meet you where you're at, whether you need space to reflect, embodiment practices to connect with what you're experiencing, breathwork, practical tools, or structure to move forward.

We partner in this journey, with one intention: to support you in making sense of what you already know, moving through what's holding you back, and creating meaningful, tailored shifts in how you experience yourself and your life.

A Few Questions

What's the difference between Embodied Well-Being Coaching and Life Coaching? +

Life Coaching can often focus on goals, decisions, direction, and what you want to move toward.

Embodied Well-Being Coaching takes a holistic approach to your whole BEing, bringing Mind, Heart, Body and Soul, the eight dimensions of Well-Being, and the wider context of your life into the conversation.

It's not only about what you want to achieve, but how you experience yourself and your life along the way.

How many sessions do I need? +

There's no fixed number. Some people come for a single session, while others stay for months. We check in together as we go and let the work respond to what you need.

Do sessions happen in Arabic or English? +

Whichever feels most natural to you — Egyptian Arabic, English, or a mix of both.

What does coaching cost? +

It depends on the format and package. Reach out and we'll go through it together.

What if I've never done coaching before? +

Most people haven't. We start with a conversation, with no commitment attached, to see if it feels like a fit.

Are these sessions confidential? +

Yes. Our coaching conversations are confidential, and I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.

I aim to create a non-judgmental, non-biased space where you can show up as you are. My golden rule is simple:

There's no right or wrong. There's simply something that's suitable for you and something that isn't, within the boundaries of religion and law. I'm not here to preach or judge.

مافيش صح وغلط في حاجة مناسبة ليك وحاجة مش مناسبة ليك، بعيدًا عن الدين والقانون. وكإنسانة كلنا خاطئين ومليش صفة في القانون.
